Every deck starts with proper footings below frost line and a ledger flashed so water never touches your framing. Patios get compacted base and edge restraint so the pavers stay put.
Composite or hardwood decking, black aluminum or cable railing, built-in bench seating, stair lighting, pergolas, paver patios, retaining walls, and fire pit surrounds.

How a Decks and Patio Job Runs
Site & setback review
We check property lines, setbacks, and grade before drawing anything you can't legally build.
Footings
Dug below frost line, inspected, and poured — the part that decides whether the deck moves in five years.
Framing & flashing
Ledger bolted and flashed so water never sits against the house, joists hung and blocked.
Decking & rails
Composite or hardwood laid with hidden fasteners, then aluminum or cable railing and stairs.
Details
Bench seating, stair lighting, pergola, skirting, and a full cleanup of the yard.

Decks and Patios, Answered
Composite or wood?
Composite for low maintenance and cost over time; hardwood if you want the look and don't mind sealing it. We'll price both.
How long do pavers stay flat?
As long as the base is right — compacted stone, proper depth, and edge restraint. That's where cheap patios fail.
Can you build in fall or winter?
Yes, weather permitting. Footings just need to go in before the ground locks up.
Other Services
Most projects touch more than one of these — we handle them all with the same crew.
