Most flooring complaints trace back to subfloor prep. We level, screw down squeaks, and set the right underlayment before a single plank goes in.
Site-finished and prefinished hardwood, engineered plank, LVP, porcelain tile, and stair treads. Transitions, shoe molding, and baseboard replacement handled as part of the job.
What's Included:

How a Flooring Installation Job Runs
Subfloor inspection
We pull a corner and check for moisture, deflection, and height differences between rooms.
Prep
Screw down squeaks, level low spots, and set the correct underlayment for the material going down.
Acclimation
Wood and engineered plank sit in the house before install so it doesn't gap or cup later.
Install
Racked for random seams, tight to the wall line, with transitions planned at doorways.
Trim & finish
Baseboard or shoe replaced, thresholds set, and the floor cleaned and protected.

Flooring Installation, Answered
Do you move furniture?
Yes, standard furniture is included. Pianos, safes, and gym equipment we coordinate separately.
LVP or hardwood?
LVP for basements, kitchens, and heavy pet traffic. Hardwood where you want the resale value and can refinish later.
Why do new floors squeak?
Skipped prep. A squeak is a subfloor problem, not a flooring problem — we fix it before the planks go down.
Other Services
Most projects touch more than one of these — we handle them all with the same crew.
