What Kitchen Renovations Includes

We handle kitchens end to end — demo, layout changes, plumbing and electrical rough-in, cabinetry, stone tops, tile, and finish trim. One crew, one schedule, one point of contact.

Whether you're keeping the existing footprint or opening a wall to the living room, we frame it, permit it, and build it. Cabinet and counter selections are speced with you before demo day so the job never stalls waiting on material.

How a Kitchen Renovation Job Runs

01

Walkthrough & measure

We measure the existing room, check what's inside the walls, and talk through how you actually cook and entertain.

02

Layout & selections

Cabinet layout, counter material, tile, and lighting are locked in before demo so nothing stalls waiting on a delivery.

03

Demo & rough-in

Old kitchen out, framing corrected, plumbing and electrical moved and inspected while walls are open.

04

Cabinets, tops & tile

Boxes set dead level, templated tops, backsplash tile, then appliance hookup and final trim.

05

Punch list & handoff

We walk the room with you, adjust every door and drawer, and clean the space before we leave it.

Materials & Specs

What We Build With

  • Plywood-box cabinetry
  • Quartz, granite & butcher block
  • Porcelain & ceramic tile
  • Soft-close hardware
  • Under-cabinet & recessed LED

A kitchen either works on day one or it annoys you for ten years. We plan the boring parts first.

Common Questions

Kitchen Renovations, Answered

Can we stay in the house during the work?

Almost always. We set up a temporary prep area, dust-wall the opening, and keep water and power live outside the work zone.

Do you move walls?

Yes. Opening a kitchen to a living or dining room is one of our most common requests — we handle the beam, the permit, and the inspection.

Who orders the cabinets?

We do, off the layout we approve together. You see the quote with the cabinet line and finish written on it.
