The Project
What We Were Asked to Build
Custom built-ins flanking a fireplace, plus new casing, crown, and a shiplap accent wall — all built and finished on site to match the home's existing millwork.
The fireplace wall was blank and the room felt unfinished. The homeowners wanted built-in storage and trim that looked original to the house.
Problem & Solution
The Challenge
The existing walls and floor were out of square, so off-the-shelf cabinets would have left gaps.
Our Solution
We built the cabinets in place, scribing each piece to the wall and floor. The face frames were assembled on site for a seamless, built-in look.
