The Project
What We Were Asked to Build
Water-damaged walls and ceilings removed and rebuilt — new framing where needed, insulation, hung and finished drywall taken to a level-5 finish before paint.
A plumbing leak upstairs ruined the dining room ceiling and one wall. The homeowner needed the room stripped, dried, and rebuilt like new.
Problem & Solution
The Challenge
The damage was hidden inside the wall cavity. We had to open more than was visible to make sure all wet insulation and framing were addressed.
Our Solution
We used moisture meters to map the damage, removed only what was necessary, and left the framing open with fans until readings were normal before closing it up.
